Liposomal Vitamin D3+K2 MK-7 has the following effects:

Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance for consumption during the day. Supplement dedicated to healthy adults, up to 75 years of age. People taking medicines should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with your doctor or pharmacist. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). The product cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
