Set of two bookshelf speakers for different applications. The speakers can be used for TV, computer, and to connect to your smartphone or computer. They are equipped with a Bluetooth module and two RCA inputs for external sound sources. The built-in amplifier generates 2 x 20 W RMS output power. The bass-reflex housing is made of MDF. Comes with a remote control for convenient operation.

WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY

The BS40 is equipped with a Bluetooth module that allows wireless connectivity to various audio sources. Thanks to it, you can use them to amplify the sound from the TV – movies, series or music channels will sound much more dynamic, you will hear much more details and, above all, you will hear a real stereo effect. With no tangle of wires, you can also connect your computer with Bluetooth and get a whole new dimension of sound while playing games or doing your daily work. In the same way, you can connect your smartphone and enjoy amazing sound while listening to your favorite songs.

DUAL RCA AUDIO SIGNAL INPUT

On the rear panel of the speakers there is a dual audio signal input in the form of RCA sockets. You can use them to connect to virtually any analog source. It can be a turntable, e.g. BLAUPUNKT VT100 with a built-in preamplifier, it can also be sound from the console or audio signal from an older type of TV.

SOLID AMPLIFIER

The speakers are equipped with an amplifier that generates an RMS output of 20 W for each channel – a total of 40 W. They also offer a wide frequency response, because the lower registers are able to generate from 40Hz and the upper limit is 20 KH. We have low tone correction at our disposal – so we can adjust the sound color to your preferences. There is also a 3D function that changes the sound of both low tones and changes the sound of the remaining band.

BASS-REFLEX HOUSING

The speaker housing is made of MDF and covered with high-quality veneer. Thanks to this, the speakers look very impressive and due to the fact that they have a classic form, they can be used in virtually any interior. The front of the speakers is a grille made of sound-permeable mesh – which protects the drivers mounted in the housing – 4 inch mid-woofers and 1,25” tweeters. The housing has a bass-reflex port, which allows you to release accumulated air from the speaker chamber. Thanks to this design, the housing does not suppress the radiation energy of the back of the membrane, but uses it in an effective way for more favorable frequency reproduction in the low register. In a word, thanks to the bass-reflex port, we get better, more amplified and low bass. The port is located in the front of the case and this allows you to move the speakers to the wall or cabinet without affecting the sound quality.

COMFORT OF USE

The set includes a 19V/1,65 A power supply with a long, 2 meter cable, which allows us to freely apply these speakers both on the desk and cabinet under the TV and even on special stands. The delivery also includes a cable connecting both speakers with a length of 3 meters. This cable is terminated with a standard, single RCA plug. The control panel and connection sockets are located on the back of the main speaker, so to ensure the best possible convenience when using the speakers, a remote control is also included.

BS40 speakers are available in two color variants – black (BS40BK) and European oak (BS40OK) – the same color of the veneer was used in BLAUPUNKT VT100K and VT100SL turntables – it is worth bearing this in mind!
