Use and replacement of projection lamp:

- the lamp should always be replaced when a message appears on the projector informing about such a need. It is not recommended to continue using the projector after reaching the lamp life, as this can lead to its explosion.

- the lamp should not be touched immediately after removing from the projector. It can be very hot and cause burns

- turn off the projector before replacing the lamp. Once the projector is cooled down, disconnect the power cable and only then start replacing it.

- some projectors require you to clean the air filter before installing a new lamp - if your projector requires it, do so and then install the lamp.

- do not remove any screws from the lamp housing - avoid electric shock

- try to be careful of the glass covering the lamp filament and do not leave fingerprints on the surface of the lamp. Any prints can cause poor image quality with unwanted shadows

- when you decide to replace the lamp, always use the same model. You will find the lamp model in the instructions and on the projector label (very often the lamp type is placed there)

- when replacing the lamp, follow the instructions in the projector manual.
