⚜ Double insulated cover with thermometer

Grill cover made of two layers of solid steel, provides better thermal insulation even in changing weather. Thanks to this, the temperature inside the chamber does not escape through the metal, and the dishes grill evenly.

The built-in, readable TEMP+™ thermometer in the lid allows you to control the degree of heating on an ongoing basis without having to lift it, which reduces heat loss and facilitates the achievement of perfect results.

Side walls at the grid not only protect against wind, but also have cutouts dedicated for corner installation.

The V1 Compact Silver grill is equipped with three CORE+™ tube burners made of stainless steel with a total power of 9,6 kW.

The SIDE BOOST™ ignition system allows you to quickly and conveniently start burners without the use of a lighter or matches - each burner is controlled by a separate knob, which have piezoelectric igniters to start grilling immediately. This technology will allow you to:

FLAVOR CORE™ aromatherapy units made of stainless steel protect the burners from grease and help distribute the temperature evenly in the grilling chamber.

The drip tray collects excess fat, making it easy to keep your grill clean.

⚜️ Cast Iron Grate System

The main grate in the Relish V1 Compact model is made of solid cast iron and is divided into two parts. This design makes it easier to remove and clean after grilling. Cast iron conducts and retains heat very well, ensuring food cooks evenly across the entire grate surface.

The two-part grate system also allows for the use of a dedicated cast iron griddle, perfect for preparing more delicate ingredients like vegetables or seafood. An additional warming rack lets you keep cooked food warm or gently heat ingredients that require lower temperatures.

On the main grate, you can easily prepare about 15 slices of pork neck, or 25 sausages, or 30 chicken wings - all at the same time.

Under the grilling chamber there is a magnet-closed cabinet with a gas cylinder basket. You can easily fit a 5 kg or 11 kg cylinder in it, as well as the most important grill accessories. On the left shelf there are 3 hooks for accessories, which allow you to hang grill cutlery without getting dirty.

This practical solution helps keep your grill station organized.
