Description
One Touch Delicia Plus lancing device.
Use a new blade for each blood sample. This will prevent infection and reduce pain.
How to use One Touch lancing device?
Step 1. Remove the black cap (turn counterclockwise and pull) and slide the blade in until it snaps into place.
Step 2. Unscrew the plastic blade guard with one full turn. Put on a black cap; tighten clockwise for attachment.
Step 3. Set the puncture depth: 1 to 7 (1 shallowest puncture; 7 deepest puncture).
Step 4. Pull the tension button until you click. Hold the lancet in a stable position by touching the side of your finger with it. Press the round lock release button.
Step 5. To extend the blade, remove the black cap (see Step 1). Place the plastic blade guard on a hard surface with the side facing up. Press the tip of the blade firmly into the casing. If necessary, pull back the tension button until you click. This will prepare the lancet, which will allow the blade to be effectively extended. Move the blade eject button forward until the blade is ejected from the lancer. Undo the blade eject button.
