Indications

Microlet medical device, lancets are used to collect capillary blood samples, e.g. to test blood glucose levels.

Method of use of a medical device

Microlet medical device, lancets should only be used with Ascensia lancets, according to the instructions attached to the lancet.

• Unscrew the round protective cap.
• The cap should be kept in order to later secure and remove the used lancet.

Contraindications and precautions

• Radiation sterilized product.
• Do not use if the protective cap has been removed before.
• Disposable product. A new sterile lancet should be used for each puncture.

The lancets are available for sale in packs of 25 and are designed for use with all Ascensia lancets.
