Method of use
A single portion of the product – 4 capsules – drink 300 ml of water. Use 3 times a day.
On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion immediately after training, III portion before bedtime.
On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals, III portion before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
