Method of use

Mix 1 serving (6 g = 1/2 scoop) in 250 ml of water or another favorite liquid daily and shake vigorously! Use before, during or after training or at any other time, e.g. before going to bed. On training days: use 1 serving (6 g) 30 minutes before training and one immediately after its completion. Optionally, you can also take a portion before bedtime.

On non-workout days: use 1 serving twice a day between meals. An additional portion can be taken before bedtime.

The product can be mixed with drinks containing carbohydrates to improve absorption.
