Refreshed and lighter sister of the classic 19th. A new addition is musk and iris, one of the most whimsical and hard to grasp perfume ingredients. The author of the fragrance is Jacques Polge. The composition opens with fresh fruity notes, which are quickly enriched with floral notes of iris and jasmine, the fragrance takes on the typical character of Chanel No 19. Not as young as it was at first, it was a classic. Additional depth is given by the vetiver, and the delicate sweet base is feminine notes of tonka bean and white musk. The whole composition rests on a sweet-powder base and this is also the final form of No 19 Poudre.
