What is the difference between the classic Kendamil Premium milk line and the Kendamil BIO Nature series?

Why is full-fat cow's milk the basis of Kendamil formula?

Fats are an important part of breast milk and the second most abundant solid component after lactose. Studies show that it is necessary to carefully select fat sources used in infant formulas to ensure optimal development for the baby. Researchers recommend considering the use of milk fat in this situation.

Our findings and research have therefore led us to return to using whole milk with less added oil. Full-fat cow's milk naturally contains milk fat. Thanks to this full-fat milk formula, Kendamil also has a pleasant milky taste that babies will love.

Why does Kendamil milk not contain palm oil?

A review of evidence from nine studies also found that the use of palm oil (a liquid component of palm oil) in infant formulae can have adverse effects, including reduced absorption of fat and calcium in the gut. The use of palm oil may not be ethical, especially as it may promote the massive deforestation of native forests in areas where oil palms are grown.
