Dairy-free porridge made from organic millet grains (milk), corn and rice from whole milling. The millet is obtained from millet seeds. In terms of nutritional value, it equals buckwheat groats. It has little starch, but a lot of easily digestible protein. It is distinguished by the highest content of B vitamins: B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin) and B6 (pyridoxine) as well as iron and copper. Rice is a valuable source of potassium, magnesium, iron and zinc that improve immunity. The richness of rice is also B vitamins and vitamin E. Corn is a good source of minerals such as potassium, sodium or selenium.

Preparation: 100 ml of full-fat milk and 100 ml of water boil and cool to 50 degrees Add 6 tablespoons (25g) of porridge. Stir well, leave for a short time to swell and cool. Serve in porridge at a temperature of about 37 degrees. Alternatively, you can prepare porridge using 130 ml of breast milk, or 200 ml of full-fat milk or 200 ml of water. Possibly 150-170 ml of modified milk.
