Expert 66 bicycle panniers and all panniers from the Expert series are uncompromising products - durable, waterproof, roomy and functional. For their production, we use TPU Cordura, which is a material characterized by very high resistance to abrasion and tearing, and at the same time the pouch is light and soft to the touch.

Expert 66 bicycle panniers are fully waterproof, thermopolyurethane (read below about this technology) coating together with a double locking system through rolling and a hood protects the contents not only from heavy rain, but even during a momentary full immersion of the pannier in water!

The Expert pannier set (left and right) provides up to 66 liters of capacity, but if you do not need so much, you can adjust the volume by tightening the roll, compressing the pockets and removing the hood. Inside the hood there is a pocket for small items. For the production of our panniers we use the best durable Dura-flex and ITW Nexus buckles.

The outer pockets of Pocket 3 are fixed on the back of the pouch with a special harness. This system provides easy access to the contents of the pocket as well as quick detachment of the entire pocket and taking it with you, e.g. To the store where we stopped by bike. With the included shoulder strap, it becomes a convenient bag for things you must always have with you when shopping or sightseeing.

You can use the pocket harness to transport other items weighing up to 1,5 kg. It also works great as a water bottle tray.

These pouches are fully waterproof, thermopolyurethane (TPU) coating protects the contents not only from heavy rain, but even during a momentary full immersion of the pouch in water! TPU is a plastic that we use to coat Cordura. This ensures very precise, strong and tight welding of the pouch in high frequency (so-called. HF). We are the only in Poland and one of the few manufacturers of bicycle panniers in Europe using this technology, which:

✅ is soft and pleasant to the touch

✅ compared to PVC coated materials:

• has better adhesion to the carrier (Cordury) - higher service life
• has better resistance to mechanical damage, e.g. for friction
• withstands more crimping cycles - does not peel on bends
• less stiff in the cold
• retains a fresh look longer
• does not contain PVC

The pouches are equipped with THE CROSSO CARRYING SYSTEM - it combines simplicity and functionality. Putting on the panniers takes literally one moment, after which the entire load holds securely on the trunk. Steel hooks mean unparalleled strength and reliability, confirmed during expeditions to the farthest regions of the world.

Handle - is used for convenient putting on, taking off and carrying the pouch.

Support hooks - made of steel with a thickness of 3 mm. Protected against corrosion in the galvanizing process. Permanently attached to the stiffening plate with solid steel rivets. One hook can successfully transfer forces much greater than those possible to obtain in the case of a pannier. What’s more, unlike plastic hooks (in the event of a bicycle accident), steel does not break and can be straightened, so we will not be left with a broken pannier somewhere in the mountains or in the middle of the steppe.

Adjustable pressure belt - allows you to choose the optimal clamping force of panniers to the trunk. The flexible element ensures that the pannier is immobilized on the trunk, even on very bumpy roads.

Guide belt - guarantees the adhesion of panniers to the trunk. Transfers transverse forces to the support plate.

Pressing hook - immobilizes the pouch on the trunk. Ensures an even load on both load-bearing hooks.

Rear wall stiffening - polypropylene plate, which we use to stiffen the pannier from the wheel side is an element of critical importance for safety. Prevents the bag from screwing in between the spokes of the accelerated bike.

Protective set - each set includes a protective set in the form of plastic tubes that protect the trunk from scratches by hooks.

The offer includes a set of two panniers that can be used simultaneously or individually. The panniers perfectly harmonize with the rear rack Crosso from our offer. The pouches also fit many other luggage racks. The bottom hook inserts into the eyelet at the bottom of the trunk if your trunk does not have it our adapter will quickly and effectively solve the problem.
