CREATINE HYDRATION.
A powder product with the taste of tropical fruits, based on creatine with the addition of electrolytes. CREATINE HYDRATION contains creatine, which increases physical performance in the case of consecutive short, very intense physical exercises. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 3 g of creatine per day. In addition, 2magnesium, which helps maintain electrolyte balance.
The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 5,5 g.
METHOD OF USE:
Mix a single serving of the product ‒ 5,5 g (¾ scoops) with 150 ml of water.
Use 1 serving per day.
Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

INGREDIENTS:
62 % Creatine monohydrate, 16 % potassium citrate (potassium), acidity regulator (citric acid), 6 % calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid (calcium), 5 % magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium), aromas, sweetener (sucralose), 0,5 % magnesium oxide (magnesium), dye (beta-carotenesium).
