Ingredients: 80% creatine monohydrate, capsule shell [glazing substance (hydroxypropylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), 0,04% calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), 0,01% pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

Method use: Take 3 capsules daily with plenty of water, preferably with a meal. The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 3 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion of the product.

Warning: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Method storage: Store in a dry and cool place, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
