The most important, of course, is creatine, which in the product of the Olimp Sport Nutrition brand comes in the form of a popular, ultra-micronized monohydrate. This form is a combination of water molecules and creatine. It is characterized by a high degree of assimilation and saturation of tissues with creatine. This in muscle tissue is converted to phosphocreatine providing high-energy phosphate radicals, which are the main source of energy for muscles during short, intense exercises1.

In addition to the aforementioned creatine, the dietary supplement Olimp Creatine Monohydrate Xplode Powder® has been supplemented with:

A portion a day before training or at a similar time on non-training days. Dissolve 1 serving (3,75 g powder = ½ scoops) in 70 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
