Method of use
Take 5 capsules once a day, preferably:
- on training days – before or immediately after training;
- on non-workout days – in the morning on an empty stomach.
Take 250-300 ml of water or carbohydrate drink. For full effect, use creatine daily for a minimum of 4 weeks and drink an additional glass of water after each serving.
