Precise depth adjustmenti

The milling depth can be set to an accuracy of 1/10 mm. The easy-to-use clamp knob prevents the milling table from moving during operation.

Flexibility when working vertically

Various milling tables (equipment) and versatile guide systems can be mounted vertically using a universal connector.

Horizontal and vertical connector

The integrated connector can be used for mounting various milling tables with 0° and 1,5° inclination (equipment) horizontally or vertically, as well as for mounting universal guide systems. This allows rounding, chamfering, profiling and making inlets. It is also possible to process protruding sandwich panels and edge stickers.

Clean and healthy workplace

Rotary speed adjustment depending on the material

Sliding guide foot (equipment)

Can be mounted on MFK 700. Allows full use of the cutter blade. The guide foot is used in conjunction with a horizontally mounted milling table (at an angle of 0° or 1,5°) for machining edge stickers.

Equalizing milling of arched elements (equipment)

The design of the milling table allows precise flat milling for solid wood edge stickers with an excess thickness of up to 15 mm on arched and round elements. This is needed, for example, for bar tables.

Exceptional guidance system (equipment)

The driver evens out unevenness, preventing errors from being transferred to the cutter and thus to the edge of the workpiece. When working with closed surfaces, the vodka can be replaced with a roll.

Wireless operation and versatile use in the field of edge milling

If the subject of processing is the edge of the workpiece around the perimeter, the wire can wrap around the milling machine. Now it's in the past. The slim design and optimally positioned center of gravity make it easy to drive the machine safely without the risk of tilting. Thanks to the innovative connector, it is possible to quickly switch between different milling tables, which ensures proper preparation for any application in the field of edge processing.
