Satis OCS-P2 1,5T is a solid suspended scale with industrial class, designed for intensive work in warehouses, production halls and farms. Thanks to the reinforced aluminium housing and the durable ratchet hook, the device combines durability with ease of use.

Satis OCS-P2 1,5T is an industrial measuring device designed for suspended operation. The design has been optimised for operation in production halls, logistics centres and the agricultural sector. The device combines high load capacity with a precise data reading system.

Construction and material resistance

The weight body is made of reinforced aluminum alloy, which ensures resistance to mechanical damage while maintaining optimal unladen weight. The supporting element is a massive hook integrated with a protecting ratchet, which prevents the slings or cargo from slipping off automatically. The device is designed to operate in a wide temperature range from -10°C to +40°C.

The electronic system of the scale allows measurements in the range of up to 1500 kg with a reading plot of 0,5 kg. The stabilization time of the result is in the range of 3 to 7 seconds.

Operating functions available:

• Targeting and Zeroing: Full support for packaging weight and indication reset.
• HOLD function: Stabilize and stop the weighing result on the display.
• Change units: Choose between kilograms (kg) and pounds (lb).
• User interface: Backlit LCD display for visibility in a variety of lighting conditions.

The device is powered by four AA batteries, which allows for about 50 hours of continuous operation. In order to increase operational safety standards, the scale is equipped with a radio remote control with a range of up to 20 meters, allowing full control over the functions of the device without having to approach the suspended load.

The scale is characterized by low power consumption, which allows for uninterrupted operation for about 65 hours with active backlighting of the screen. The power system is hybrid and allows three variants of operation:
