Ingredients: Hydrolyzed fish collagen, methylsulfonylmethane (optiMSM),glucosamine sulfate KCl from crustaceans, L-ascorbic acid,bamboo shoot extract, standardized grape seed extract (source OPCs),pearl extract (source of rutoside), maltodextrin,sodium hyaluronate, sodium borate, nicotinic acid, manganese gluconate,pyridoxal-5-phosphate, copper gluconate (II), chromium picolinate,L-selenomethionine, potassium iodide.

Recommended daily intake:

1 sachet a day for many months. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Usage:

Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of juice and drink.
