The preparation is intended for people who want to supplement their diet with a microgranulated, BIOactive composition of amino acids produced from beef collagen peptides with an average molecular weight of 2000 Daltons (2KDa) and obtained from acerola fruit, natural vitamin C, which helps in the proper production of collagen, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the skin.

Collagen peptides, also known as hydrolyzed collagen or collagen hydrolyzate, are highly absorbable proteins made from the connective tissue (skin and bone) of animals. It is formed by enzymatic treatment of collagen-rich ingredients. This treatment leads to the breakdown of collagen proteins into smaller peptide molecules so that they are better absorbed by the human body.

One of the main advantages of collagen BENE VOBIS ® is its bioavailability (absorption rate) and high content of amino acids: glycine, proline, as well as a number of hydroxylated amino acids, such as hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine, which allow proteins to cross-link and form a stable collagen matrix.

BENE VOBIS ® COLLAGEN contains collagen peptides VERISOL® B with a molecular weight of 2000 Da (Da stands for daltons), it is a standard unit used to represent the mass of molecules such as proteins. The 2000 Da fraction has smaller molecules and lower molecular weight, and thus better bioavailability compared to other proteins. Studies show that collagen peptides have better bioavailability in the human body than gelatin, due to the difference in particle size. The molecular weight of gelatin depending on the raw material and the production process can range from 20000 to 260000 Da.
