What is collagen and what is it responsible for in our body?

Collagen is a group of proteins (so-called. collagen proteins), which accounts for about 25% of all proteins in our body. So far, about 20 different types of collagens found in the human body have been described. Regardless of the type, all collagens contain larger or smaller fragments of the triple helix formed by twisted chains á with a repeating sequence of amino acid residues (glycine, proline and hydroxyproline). Such a structure is a characteristic feature of all collagen proteins. Collagen proteins are part of various tissue structures (e.g. skin, cartilage tissue, bone tissue, ligaments, endothelium of blood vessels), stabilizing them and affecting specific properties.

Flexagen is a preparation containing 2 forms of collagen: native collagen type II and collagen hydrolyzate additionally enriched with vitamins: C, B6 and as many as 5 minerals: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese and copper.

CALCIUM AND PHOSPHORUS:

Posology
