Collagen by NOW Foods is a high-quality supplement in the form of pure powder. It contains collagen peptides from bovine collagen types I and III, which are known to have a positive effect on bone, joint, and skin health. Studies indicate that hydrolyzed collagen can help maintain strong bones and healthy joints, as well as smooth and hydrate the skin. [1]

Collagen is a structural protein that makes up about 1/3 of all proteins in the human body. Collagen affects the elasticity, elasticity and strength of the skin.
