The 4Flex dietary supplement contains easily digestible Fortigel® collagen hydrolysate in the form of powder sachets. This for joints preparation also contains vitamin C, which helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of cartilage.

Recommended intake:
1 sachet daily. It is recommended to use the preparation regularly for a long time (at least 3 months). Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 1 glass of still water, milk or yogurt. Stir vigorously until the powder dissolves. The suspension that forms is a natural feature of the preparation. The product is suitable for consumption immediately after preparation.
