How to charge the charging case?
The case is charged using the included USB-C cable. It is recommended to recharge the case when the battery level drops below 30%.
What do the indicators on the case mean?
- L + white bars – the left camera charges

Can I charge my cameras multiple times with the case?
Yes. As long as the case has power, you can recharge your cameras multiple times after placing them inside.
Why does the camera sometimes make a squeak or howl?
This is called. acoustic coupling. Most often, it means that the earbud has not been properly fitted to the ear canal or the camera is not correctly inserted. The set includes inserts in various sizes to ensure the best fit.
What to do if the camera does not amplify the sound?
The most common reasons are:
- discharged battery,
- too low volume,
- clogged anti-wax filter,
- accumulated earwax in the ear.
In this case, check the filter and clean the camera.
How to replace the anti-wax filter?
Replacing the filter is very simple:
- Pull out the used filter with the black applicator tip.
- On the other side of the applicator, insert a new filter into the camera hole.
- Gently pull out the applicator – the filter will stay in place.
How often should I replace the anti-wax filter?
The filter should be replaced regularly – especially when the sound becomes quieter or less clear. Used filters should not be cleaned or reused.
Do the cameras have different hearing modes?
Yes. The cameras have 3 intelligent operating modes:
