1. "The camera squeaks during use"

Reasons for squeaking the camera, there may be several. Squeaking is usually caused by a low tightness between the camera and the ear canal. To eliminate feedback, change the earbud to another and make sure that the camera is properly placed in the ear canal.

2. "Despite the change of the insert - the camera squeaks"

If changing the earbud does not bring improvement, then it may be due to the fact that the camera will be completely mismatched in size to the ear.

3. "The camera was super walking, it worked, but it stopped, like it's charging, the LEDs are glowing, but no amplification"?

The most common reason for this is the clogged anti-axis filter. To check and verify whether the problem is related to the filter, please proceed accordingly. The following instructions:

1. Turn on the camera. (the white LED blinks under the button).

2. Then, please remove the earbud and check if there is earwax or other foreign objects in the earbud.

If the insert is dirty, it should be cleaned with the included brush.

3. The next step is to conduct a camera operation test. Please put the camera on your hand, and close your hand (as if you want to hide the camera). If the device squeaks (coupling), but the squeak is weak, clean or replace the filter.

3. Under the insert there is a small white "cork". It is an anti-wax filter. It should be removed by prying the nail. (do not use the camera without a filter)

4. Then you need to put the camera on your hand again, close your hand. If the device squeaks with the filter removed, it confirms that it is a matter of dirt.

Clean the filter with a pin or replace it with a new one.

(it is recommended to replace the filter with a new one at least once a month)

5. If the device does not squeak with the filter dismantled, please contact us to find a solution.

A typical USB charger is not included as standard . If you do not have a USB charger, please let us know in the comments and we will include it GRATIS!

The device can be charged from any USB port. Computer, laptop, powerbank, etc!
