✳ STEP 1 – CALCULATE GRATE SIZE IN dm²

1. Measure your grate in millimeters (e.g. 300 mm x 200 mm).
2. Convert to centimeters: 30 cm x 20 cm = 600 cm².
3. Divide the result by 100 to get square decimeters:

   600 / 100 = 6 dm²

✳ STEP 2 – ENTER THE APPROPRIATE NUMBER OF PIECES

• Type the number of square decimeters as number of pieces in the listing.
• If the result comes out with a comma (e.g. 21,37), round it up to the full number – type 22 pieces.

✳ STEP 3 – ENTER THE SIZE OF THE GRATE

1. When placing an order:

   In the "notes to the seller" enter the exact size of the grate in millimeters, e.g. 300 mm x 200 mm.

▶ If the grate is more than 450 mm deep OR more than 300 mm wide, the lead time is up to 14 working days. ⏳

✅ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE ORDER:

• The minimum order for this auction is 6 dm²

  (even if your grate has a smaller area).

  Example: grate 22×22 cm = 4,84 dm² → must be purchased 6 pieces.

• The maximum size of the grate is 45×30 cm (width × depth). If you need a larger grate – the valuation is carried out individually.

In our grates we used cone holes, which significantly improve exhaust circulation and improve ash drainage.

✨THICKNESS, HOWEVER, MATTERS ✨

Our grates have thickness approx. 11 mm, which translates into:

✔ High resistance to temperature and pressure,

✔ Resistance to cracking and deformation with long-term use,

✔ Stability of the grate in the furnace – does not bend under the weight of fuel.

▶ CONICAL HOLES

The arrangement of holes on the surface of the grate allows for efficient circulation of exhaust gases. The holes were made in a conical way, and in combination with their diameter, this guarantees efficient and problem-free ash transfer, even wet ash.

✅ How to properly lay the grate in the fireplace?

Tapered holes in the grate should be arranged in such a way that:

• larger opening was directed to the BOTTOM (i.e. from the side of the ashtray)
• The smaller opening was at the TOP (that is, where the fuel lies)

✳ This orientation of the grate provides better airflow from below and easier ash transfer
