AQUA E-COATING 30ml

✅ Elastomeric coating is an innovative and technologically advanced method in the world of automotive coatings. It is based on the unique chemical properties of elastomers, provides exceptional protection for various types of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, boats and aircraft. After curing, the elastomer creates a flexible yet very hard membrane, which has many advantages and in many respects exceeds ceramic coatings.

✅ E-coating can be safely applied to all kinds of varnishes (gloss, satin), films, rims, glass and plastic elements, and their thick layer provides maximum protection.

✅ Elastomers are also very durable and provide hydrophobicity, which means that they create a smooth, very slippery surface, thanks to which the car gets much less dirty and its washing is a pure pleasure.

✅ Properly UV-cured E-Coating does not require any maintenance or renewal, and its durability is at least 4 years.

When you apply above 18 degrees Celsius, apply without a cloth, with the applicator itself, the applied layer should be thick and wet.

➡ Application

For both new and used vehicles, we recommend machine correction of the paint to a degree depending on the condition of paint wear. The last stage is degreasing the varnish with isopropyl alcohol.

➡ Application in spring and summer:

• Open the product and apply a few drops of the coating to the applicator (without a suede cloth).
• Select any part of the vehicle, e.g. mask and start rubbing the coating. Apply the coating using the cross method, the applied layer is to be a wet layer (horizontal and vertical movements). Elements as large as a mask or roof should be divided into several parts.
• Rub the coating again in the same place with the applicator itself without adding the product.
• After application, immediately start reaching the coating.
• Remove excess coating with the first unused AQUA microfiber.
• Polish the polish until streak-free with a second unused microfiber.

➡ Application in autumn and winter:

• Open the product and apply a few drops of the coating to unused suede microfiber (from AQUA).
• Select any part of the vehicle, e.g. mask and start rubbing the coating. Apply the coating using the cross method (horizontal and vertical movements). Elements as large as a mask or roof should be divided into several parts.
• Rub the coating again in the same place with the applicator itself without adding the product.
• Wait 15-30 seconds depending on application conditions.
• Remove excess coating with the first unused AQUA microfiber.
• Polish the polish until streak-free with a second unused microfiber.
