The built-in conical grinder allows you to grind the right amount of fresh coffee directly into the flask and thus get your preferred taste no matter what beans you use. The tank capacity is up to 250 grams of coffee beans, which allows you to brew several cups without having to fill the tank.

The preparation of aromatic, creamy caramel-colored espresso begins with a short pre-infusion at low pressure (from 2 to 4 bar) releasing the aroma and taste followed by the extraction of coffee at high pressure (9 bar) obtained thanks to our Italian pump with a capacity of 15 bar.

✅ Precisely tuned espresso PID extraction process

Thanks to the innovative temperature control technology during the entire PID extraction process (+/- 1°C), I easily control the temperature of the prepared coffee 93 °C. The electronic temperature control system records the temperature occurring during extraction, effectively equalizes its fluctuations, guaranteeing stability during coffee brewing. This gives even more certainty of the taste and quality of the coffee prepared.

✅ Thermocoil heating system

It is a special heating system that delivers water at exactly 93 °C, ensuring the perfect brewing temperature and balanced taste of coffee. The water taken from the tank is heated in circulation, passing through metal stainless steel tubes. This is a particularly important process when preparing a distinctive coffee taste.

✅Pressure indicator

The Sage the Barista Express™ coffee maker is equipped with a built-in pressure indicator. It shows the extent of proper coffee extraction during the brewing process. To maintain the correct process, the indicator should be in the range of espresso range (grey field).

✅Milk micro-foam

The top-of-the-line steam nozzle allows you to manually froth milk into the micro-foam necessary to emphasize the taste of coffee and create decorative designs with it.
