✅Impress Puck System™

A system that will help you measure the perfect proportion of coffee and precisely beat it, reducing the number of grounds on the coffee machine and countertop. If your coffee needs a little more or less ground coffee, the smart dispensing system (2) will automatically correct, remembering the last coffee you made. Using a lever, with a pressure of 10 kg (1) and a slight rotation of 7 degrees, you will beat the ground grain. A message will appear on the device whether the amount of whipped coffee in the flask strainer is sufficient. The device will remember the last settings.

✅ Thermocoil heating system

It is a special heating system that delivers water at exactly 93 °C, ensuring the perfect brewing temperature and balanced taste of coffee. The water taken from the tank is heated in circulation. This is a particularly important process when preparing a distinctive coffee taste.

The preparation of aromatic, creamy caramel-colored espresso begins with a short pre-infusion at low pressure releasing aroma and taste, followed by the extraction of coffee at a constant pressure (9 bar) obtained thanks to our Italian 15 bar pump.

✅Pressure indicator

The Sage the Barista Express™ coffee maker is equipped with a built-in pressure indicator. It shows the extent of proper coffee extraction during the brewing process. To maintain the correct process, the indicator should be in the range of espresso range (grey field).

✅Milk micro-foam

To get excellent Latte, Cappuccino or Espresso macchiato, it is necessary to properly froth milk. Thanks to the professional nozzle foaming milk and heating up to 130 °C, you will get the velvety micro-foam necessary to emphasize the taste of coffee and create decorative patterns with it. The hot water nozzle allows you to get water to prepare americano or brew tea.

✅ Precisely tuned espresso PID extraction process

The Barista Express™ Impress, thanks to its innovative temperature control technology throughout the PID extraction process (+/- 1°C), easily controls the temperature of the prepared coffee 93 °C. The electronic temperature control system records the temperature occurring during extraction, effectively equalizes its fluctuations, guaranteeing stability during coffee brewing. This gives even more certainty of the taste and quality of the coffee prepared.
