CLASSICO 900/ dimension 840 x 490/ grey cutlery insert

Classico cartridge for cutlery and kitchen accessories in gray. The insert fits drawers with a front width of 900 mm and a guide depth of 500 mm. The cartridge has a wider stock width and length, which allows you to cut the cartridge yourself to non-standard dimensions of the cabinet with drawers. The drawer insert is made of very good quality, durable plastic, unscented, with a thickness of 2 mm. Robust, resistant to deformation and cracks, it is very light. It is easy to clean, the smooth surface of the cartridge does not "take dirt", you can not see streaks or scratches on it. It is very aesthetically made and looks very nice in any drawer not only in modern furniture but also in more traditional drawers. The practical drawer insert will allow you to keep order and quickly put the washed cutlery in the right place. At the given width, we have 12 chambers at our disposal. Smaller chambers will be used to store spoons, forks or other small accessories, e.g. tea infuser, larger chambers will perfectly organize space for table spoons, knives and forks, while the largest wide chamber will be ideal for large spoons for mixing dishes, pliers, paddles or ladle. Dimensions of the cartridge:

• width: 840 mm (it can be cut to a dimension of 790 mm - about 25 mm on each side),
• length: 490 mm (it can be cut to a dimension of 455 mm - about 18 mm on each side),
• Height: 53 mm.

Dimensions of chambers (chambers have a shape similar to a trapezoid):

• 1x largest chamber 430x160 mm (dimension at the top of the chamber), 395x130 mm (dimension at the bottom of the chamber),
• 1x large chamber 430x85 mm (dimension at the top of the chamber), 395x60 mm (dimension at the bottom of the chamber),
• 5x medium chambers 245x93 mm (dimension at the top of the chamber), 220x65 mm (dimension at the bottom of the chamber),
• 3x smallest chambers 170x93 mm (dimension at the top of the chamber), 145x65 mm (dimension at the bottom of the chamber).

Please note: we do not provide credit cutting services. If necessary, the cartridge can be cut independently with an upholstery knife or on a solar machine. How to cut the cartridge: lay the cartridge flat side on an equally and hard surface, put a long ruler in the right place and with a sharp knife exaggerate several times in the same place, then refract the cut edge. For the cartridge, we recommend finishing profiles that perfectly cover any irregularities created when cutting the cartridge and fill the gaps between the side of the drawer and the cartridge (profiles to be purchased, do not come in a set with the cartridge).
