NOW UC-II® contains powdered chicken cartilage with the content of undenatured type II collagen and an extract from the thallus of the spur scale – red sea algae. Collagen is one of the most important natural biopolymers. It occurs in all connective tissues (skin, tendons, cartilage, bones, membranes) and is the main component of the extracellular substance. The product is manufactured in the GMP standard.

UC-II® collagen – an ingredient containing undenatured type II collagen (Patents U.S.A. 7,846,487, 7,083,820 and patent EPO EP1435906B1; Canadian patent CA 2459981C; and Japanese patent JP 4800574B2). Method of use

Take 1 capsules daily before bedtime on an empty stomach.
