EnergoFit is a complex isotonic drink that increases efficiency, improves endurance, provides immediate energy and complements the drinking regime. It contributes to the regeneration of the body immediately after sports effort thanks to the amino acid L-glutamine and replenishes glycogen stores. This refreshing drink will replenish the minerals in athletes they have become during sports performances. It is one of the most effective energy products and popular drinks for athletes. Thanks to green tea extract, it has antioxidant properties and protects the body against free radicals. This energy drink is designed for endurance sports such as cycling, running, swimming, aerobic training, crossfit, fitness or mountain hiking, where the body enters the phase of water loss (dehydration) and energy loss. EnergoFit can also be used for dynamic (intensive) sports of shorter and more intense loads. It is an ideal source of electrolytes maintaining optimal balance of body fluids.

EnergoFit includes:

• Maltodextrin – is a source replenishing energy during and shortly after exercise. It consists of 20 units of glucose, which are broken down in the small intestine
• Glucose – grape sugar, is a direct source of energy for the body and brain. It is immediately absorbed into the bloodstream without straining the digestive system. Used in the body as a constant source of energy or stored in muscles and liver in the form of glycogen
• Green tea extract – stimulates the central nervous system and brain activity, thereby eliminating signs of fatigue
• Glutamine - is an endogenous amino acid, constituting 60% of free amino acids in muscle cells, provides protection of muscle proteins and supports the regeneration of muscle tissue
• Taurine – stimulates brain activity, supports muscle anabolism and controls water in the body
• L-carnitine – participates in the burning of fats in the body and their conversion into energy
• Vitamins B, C and E – protect cells against free radicals and oxidative stress
• Minerals (Na, Ca, K, Mg) - participate in the proper functioning of muscles
