SIS Science In Sport contains a blend of easily digestible and fast carbohydrates, as well as electrolytes (such as sodium) that promote optimal hydration. SIS Science In Sport is made from high-quality maltodextrin, which contains more than 98% grape polymers and this means that SIS Science In Sport uses very low osmotic pressure even at high concentrations.
The combination of energy sources and electrolytes increases the body's ability to absorb water during exercise, maintains endurance and protects against cramps. SIS Science In Sport mixes in appropriate concentrations of carbohydrates (36 grams as a 6% solution), sodium (20 mmol / l) and liquid (500 ml servings) to achieve combined energy and hydration goals.
Add 2 scoops (40g) of powder to 500ml of water in a bottle and mix thoroughly. Recommended dose: 500ml every 45-60 minutes of training. Consume the finished drink within 24 hours.
