Recommended daily dose:
To support physical activity, drink part of the drink 15-20 minutes before the planned activity and drink it while performing the activity. Dissolve a single portion of the product - 10 ml of the drink in 600-700 ml of water. Maximum 50 ml of concentrate per day. Do not use mineral water to prepare the drink due to disturbances in the drink's osmolarity and mineral balance. Once opened, use within 3 months and use the reconstituted sports drink within 24 hours.
Concentrate for preparing a flavored non-alcoholic drink, contains sugar and sweeteners. It cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
