PERFORMANCE SETE® is a highly hypotonic drink (irrigating) containing glucose and electrolytes, created to replenish fluids, energy and other important minerals during sports (maintaining optimal glucose and electrolyte levels).
It helps maintain the optimal level of hydration of the body, thus contributing to optimal performance during prolonged physical exertion.
✅ The composition of carbohydrates in PERFORMANCE SETE® enables constant release and delivery of glucose into the blood, allowing you to save glycogen in the muscles and thus delay the feeling of exhaustion. To help counteract losses in electrolytes (in blood plasma)
✅ PERFORMANCE SETE® contains electrolytes: sodium (Na), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg) and chloride (Cl).
✅ The product contains Siberian ginseng root extract (Eluthercoccus, 5%), which helps to increase resistance to additional psychophysical stress that can occur during high physical exertion (competitions).
✅ Vitamins B2, B5, C contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion of the body. Vitamins B1, B2, B5, C support normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B1 helps maintain normal heart function.
✅ Vitamin C and B2 help protect cells from oxidative stress. The product does not contain gluten, so it is also suitable for people suffering from celiac disease or gluten intolerance. It does not contain caffeine.

Packaging: 14 sachets of 22 g (308 g - lime)
How to use: dissolve 1 sachets (22 g) in about 500 - 600 ml of water. Consume 50 - 100 ml of solution at regular intervals every 15 - 20 minutes. For long-term physical activity, we recommend that you do not take more than 800 ml of solution per 1 hours to avoid gastrointestinal disorders.
NOTE: stomach tolerance is highly subjective for each person, so we recommend that during training you know your own optimal tolerance and use (this applies to all fluids - solutions, different companies).
Recommended maximum intake: 3 - 4 sachets (22g each) per day, i.e. 1500 - 2000 ml of the drink.
