Preparation

• To prepare an isotonic drink (280 mOsm/l), mix 30 g of powder with 375 ml of water (after training)
• To prepare a hypotonic drink (210 mOsm/kg), mix 30 g of powder with 500 ml of water (before and during training)
• Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose (90 g). Keep out of reach of children!
