Isotonic is a dietary supplement powder designed to make an isotonic drink with a strawberry taste, sweetened with stevia – does not contain sugar. It contains a mixture of electrolytes (calcium, magnesium, zinc, chromium), vitamin C and vitamins from group B.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system. Does not contain: added sugar, dairy products.

Method of use
Once a day one flat scoop (10 g) dissolved in 500 ml of water.

Why is Isotonic Vitaler's salty?
An isotonic drink is one that has a similar concentration of molecules (i.e. osmolality) as our body fluids — e.g. blood. Thanks to this, the body easily and quickly absorbs it, which is especially important for dehydration, physical exertion or heat.
To create such a drink, dissolved substances need to be added to the water, which increase osmolality. Glucose and salt (sodium chloride) are usually used for this.
What if I want a sugar-free drink?
Since glucose cannot be used, you need to reach the right concentration differently — and then the only way is to add more salt. And salt, as you know, has a salty taste. That’s why a sugar-free isotonic drink must be salty — not for taste, but for it to work as it should.
