94,4% whey protein concentrate (from milk) (including emulsifier: lecithin – from sunflower), aromas, salt (sodium chloride), thickening substances: carboxymethylcellulose sodium, guar gum, xanthan gum; barley malt, sweeteners: sucralose, E 960a Steviol glycosides from stevia.

Method of use

Use: A single serving of the product – 30 g pour 200 ml of water or milk and shake vigorously for approx. 10 seconds. Use 3 servings per day. On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion up to 1,5 hours. after training and III portion before bedtime. On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals and III portion before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. The product may contain: soya, cereals containing gluten, eggs, sesame seeds, celery, peanuts and nuts.

Store in a dry room, in a closed container, at temp. 15 to 25°C, out of reach of young children.
