How to use:

Use 2 single servings per day. Mix 1 portion (1 scoop, 30 g) with 200 ml of cold water or milk. To prepare the drink, it is best to use a shaker or mixer. Shake for about 15 seconds. Consume immediately after preparation.

On training days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion after training or before bedtime.

On non-workout days: I portion in the morning after waking up, II portion between meals or before bedtime.
