Method of use

Dissolve a single portion of the product – 30 g (1,5 scoops) – in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 3 servings per day.

On training days: the first portion is consumed in the morning after waking up, the second up to 1,5 hours after training, and the third before bedtime.

On non-workout days: consume the first portion in the morning after waking up, the second between meals and the third before bedtime.
