Method of use

Dissolve one serving (30 g, or about 3/4 scoop) in 250 ml of water. On training days, consume immediately after the workout, while on days without physical activity, take one serving at any time.

Contraindications

The product is not intended for pregnant women, breastfeeding women and people who are allergic to any of the ingredients. Ice Coffee contains a high amount of caffeine and should not be consumed by children or pregnant women (32 mg of caffeine / 100 ml of the finished drink). Some dyes used (Ponceau 4R, Carmoisine, Tartrazine) may adversely affect activity and concentration in children. A dietary supplement does not replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
