HUAWEI WATCH Buds is an innovative 2-in-1 smartwatch designed for active and health-conscious people. It features an unprecedented magnetic opening lid design that houses a pair of TWS earbuds, making it the first full-fledged smartwatch of its kind on the market.

It combines elegance, comfort and functionality – despite the large 1,43” AMOLED screen and retractable TWS headphones, it weighs only 66,5 g (without strap). In economy mode, it offers up to 7 days of operation on a single charge, and with the headphones on – approx. 3 days. The device allows you to use more than 80 training modes, sleep monitoring functions or accurate heart rate measurement. An important innovation is also extended touch control, which will provide you with the full comfort of using light as a feather headphones.

With HUAWEI WATCH Buds, you'll never forget to bring your headphones with you again. You will always have them on your wrist, ready for action. The smartwatch is much lighter than the total weight of a typical TWS watch and headphones along with a charging case (about 110 g). It is protected by curved 3D glass, embedded in a body of refined steel at a temperature of 1300 ° C. The button and crown of the watch are decorated with 710 studs, which blend perfectly with the leather strap.

The headphones are hidden in the case under the watch face. All you have to do is press the button and the dial will rise, exposing the headphones connected with magnets to the bottom of the lid. This simple and elegant idea uses the smallest ever customizable rotary shaft. The lid opens and stops between 10° and 75°, allowing you to easily remove and place both headphones. Thanks to the use of ultra-durable materials, the service life of the structure is more than 100 000 openings and closures.

Headphones light as a feather

In HUAWEI WATCH Buds, the weight of each earbud is about 4 g, and their size is only 21,8 x 10,3 x 10,3 mm. They are up to 50% smaller than traditional TWS headphones. Thanks to their small dimensions, weight and cylindrical design, they are extremely comfortable and provide a high-quality audio experience. Importantly, the left and right earbuds have the same design and can be used interchangeably, thanks to the technology of detecting their location.

Adaptive Identification technology automatically corrects left and right audio channels, allowing you to wear them, take them off, and put them away from your watch without having to distinguish them and wonder which one is which. The smartwatch is also equipped with the "Find Headphones" function. When you turn it on, the headphones will make a loud sound, so you can easily find them by locating the sound source.

Extended touch control

Although the headphones inside the HUAWEI WATCH Buds are small in size, their touch operation is intuitive and precise. All thanks to the innovative extension of the touch area with the auricle. Control is done by making gestures on and around the headphones. Double-taping the edge of your ear allows you to answer or reject a call or play or pause playback of a song. Triple – turn noise cancellation on or off. The convenience and reliability of the control is guaranteed by the acceleration sensor, which works with the AI algorithm that learns your gestures.

High quality sound and calls

The headphones in HUAWEI WATCH Buds are small but highly functional. They make a sensation, reaching a maximum volume of over 104 dB and a full frequency response in the frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, making the listening experience very immersive and engaging. Because everyone has a different ear canal structure and different listening experiences, HUAWEI WATCH Buds uses the upgraded Triple Adaptive EQ algorithm. The custom composite membrane improves the efficiency of low and high frequencies, allowing you to hear the rich details of the sound.

HUAWEI WATCH Buds supports vibration notifications for incoming calls, so all you have to do is raise your wrist to check the caller information and not miss an important call. Remove the earbuds to automatically receive incoming calls, which will keep you comfortable and private. Two microphones together with a bone conduction sensor can receive both vocals and ambient sounds, while the sensor accurately identifies sounds through reverberation in the user's bones and absorbs his voice, clearly distinguishing him from ambient noises. All collected signals then pass through the Huawei Deep Neural Network (DNN) noise reduction algorithm for further processing, effectively eliminating noise and amplifying vocals.

Movement and health assistant

The TruSport™ algorithm developed by Huawei will help you practice more effectively, and based on scientific analysis will develop your self-discipline and active health management. The watch offers you more than 80 different sports modes, including 10 professional ones. In addition, you can manually add 70 additional sports. The smartwatch also provides professional data analysis, training plans and advice, as well as an activity reward system, which improves the quality of training and allows you to develop better habits. The independent GPS system ensures precise navigation and geolocation and recording of training routes with high accuracy.

HUAWEI WATCH Buds supports continuous monitoring of heart rate, blood oxygenation and stress around the clock. In contrast, HUAWEI TruSleep™ 3.0 makes sleep analysis much more accurate, which allows you to generate accurate tips on how to improve sleep quality. All the above data regarding both your activity and health are collected on an ongoing basis in the Huawei Health application. The app also supports other professional courses such as yoga, fitness and strength training.

Spacious battery

The HUAWEI WATCH Buds battery powers both the watch and the headphones at the same time. Once fully charged, the entire unit can run for approx. 3 days with typical, continuous use. The batteries in the headphones allow for about 4 hours of listening time and about 2,5 hours of talk time with noise cancellation turned off or about 2 hours with ANC on. When you know you won’t be using headphones, turn on the power saving mode in the watch interface. Then the headphones will not be charged, and the smartwatch will work for up to 7 days.

The smartwatch can work on its own, but in most cases it will be paired with a smartphone. It can be easily synced with any Android and iOS-based device.
