It is best to pump balloons about 1-2 hours before the event.

✅ How to pump?

Balloons should be pumped at room temperature (from 17° C to 24° C), due to the thermal expansion of helium (gas increases its volume at a higher temperature and decreases at a lower temperature).

✅ Which balloons should not be pumped?

Small foil balloons below 45cm will not be able to inflate.

1. Unscrew the main valve (helium will not fly)
2. We put the balloon on the black mini-reducer
3. and 4. Slightly bend the black mini-reducer down or up - the balloon is filled
4. Once the balloon is fully inflated, we slide it off the reducer.
5. We tie a balloon
6. After inflating all balloons, turn off the main valve.

If you want latex (rubber) balloons supplemented with helium to float for up to several days, it will be necessary to use a sealing gel, which we also offer in our store.

Before filling a foil or latex balloon, make sure that the product is suitable for Helium.

Filling size

⭐ Important to fill latex balloons fill so that they are filled to the specified size and not over the size. Filling balloons "by eye" can cause 9 inch balloons to actually be filled to the volume of an 11 or 13 inch balloon - then the number of balloons from the cylinder will drop significantly. Only filling balloons strictly to the assumed diameter, to a round shape and not a pear (which indicates over-size overflow) will allow us to maintain the assumption that from a certain amount of helium we will have a certain number of balloons.

⭐Inflated 12 inch rubber balloons stay in the air for about 4 - 8 hours (you can use sealing gel for balloons which will extend the life of the helium balloon for another several hours)

The time of helium remaining in foil balloons min.46cm : depends on the quality / manufacturer, the larger the balloon, the longer it floats.

The helium cylinder is non-refundable.

The cylinder is disposable, that is, it is not possible to refill it. After using helium, you do not send back the used cylinder to us.
