FAT GRIP (aka FAT GRIPS, FAT GRIPZ) are silicone handles in the form of hand grips that you can use during exercise to make them more efficient and more comfortable. This type of handles is mounted on a barbell, barbells, triceps rope or used together with POWER BANDS A+ exercise rubbers. The use of this type of handles is aimed at significantly greater involvement of the forearms for exercise and improvement of grip strength and comfort of exercise.
