The hands can be opened in just a few seconds and put rubber or a few exercise gums in them. Unlike handles popular in Western Europe, our solution does not use sharp hooks, which can damage latex rubber, and additional extension material strips through which an additional space is created, where rubber does not give any resistance.

Thanks to them, you can perform a series of exercises in a more correct form, which will definitely increase your effects. They allow you to fold the rubber 2 times and get constant strong resistance in such exercises as squat, bending on biceps, rowing and much more, which using the rubbers themselves is basically impossible due to the pain caused by the rubber digging into your hands. By folding the rubber, we can get much more resistance using much thinner rubber. Power band rubbers can withstand up to 5 times stretch, so you don't have to worry about breaking them.
