Resistance bands can be used by anyone, regardless of the level of advancement in training. This is due to the uncomplicated way they are used and the ability to choose between four different resistance levels, so that everyone will be able to find a power band rubber that suits their individual needs.

Power bands are great for training beginners, helping them learn how to perform exercises technically correctly and strengthening the whole body, while for advanced people they can be a new, additional stimulus in training. The use of resistance rubbers in training is a very effective way to strengthen and model specific muscle groups, as well as mobilization.

Innovation of rubber power band GT by tiguar

In order to increase the motivation of exercisers when using power bands, we have created an innovative system for marking their stretch.

Exercises with plum rubber, with the lowest degree of resistance, correspond to exercises with a load of 8 kg (depending on the degree of its stretching), and exercising with the widest, gray power band, stretching it by 200%, you put into it the strength corresponding to exercises with as much as 78 kg!

Therefore, in order to enable you to work consciously with resistance rubbers, we have patented an unprecedented solution, thanks to which you will be able to easily determine with what weight you are exercising.

How does it work? On our power bands you will find a graphical system for determining the degree of resistance of the rubber, which signals how much strength should still be put into its optimal stretch during exercise. And since you know exactly how much you are still missing – it will be easier for you to give even more! By stretching the power band, you also stretch the rectangles that are printed on it. When the rectangle becomes a square – you exercise with the resistance that the weight printed at a given rectangle signals. Easy like that! ;)

Which power band is right for you?

And the level of resistance – plum rubber: the least resistance. Designed for beginners or for very complex and complicated physical exercises.

II resistance level – sea rubber: medium resistance. It is the most versatile, great for the exercise system in pairs. Designed for most people participating in GT training.

Third resistance level – olive rubber: heavy resistance. Designed for advanced people. Often used in GT strength training by women and as a scaled version for men in most GT programs, often also in the GT Mobility program. You can also use the rubber with this resistance as an aid in learning to pull up on the bar.

IV resistance level – grey rubber: the heaviest resistance. Designed for men or for women advanced in strength training. It also works well as a counterweight in dynamic and plyometric exercises. You can also use the rubber with this resistance as an aid in learning to pull up on the bar.
