Polyfoska 5 is a complex compound fertilizer for pre-sowing use (it is recommended to mix with soil to a depth of 10‑20 cm) for all crops: winter and spring cereals, rapeseed, corn, root crops, grassland and vegetable cultivation and horticulture. Polifoska 5 fertilizer can also be used mainly on winter plants in early spring.
NPK Polifoska 5 fertilizer is particularly recommended for use on very poor and potassium-poor soils (mainly medium and light soils), in conditions of low organic fertilization, for potassium-loving plants (e.g. sugar beet, potato, maize and rapeseed).
Advantages:
- Nitrogen, thanks to the use of ammonium form, is not leached from the soil. Plants take it slowly. It reduces excessive potassium uptake and supports phosphorus uptake.
- Phosphorus is in the form of ammonium phosphate. It is the best assimilated form of this ingredient by crops and well taken also in the event of water scarcity in the soil.
- Plants are well rooted, and their development is correct and proportional from the post-emergence period.
- Used before sowing increases the resistance of plants to frost, droughts.
- It has a beneficial effect on full flowering and even ripening.
- Improves quality and ensures a high yield.
Composition:
- 5% of total nitrogen (N),
- 5% ammonium nitrogen,
- 15% of total phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) (= 6,5% P),
- 13% phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) (=5,7% P) soluble in water,
- 15% phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) (=6,5%) soluble in an inert solution of ammonium citrate,
- 30% potassium oxide (K2O) (=24,9% K) soluble in water,
- 2% of total magnesium oxide (MgO) (=1,2% Mg) soluble in water,
- 8% sulphur trioxide (SO3) (=3,2% S) soluble in water.
