Evolite L-Glutamine 400g

Glutamine is one of the amino acids belonging to the set of amino acids that the human body under special conditions is not able to synthesize in sufficient quantities (cEAA). Supplementation with glutamine is especially recommended in conditions of burdening the body by disease, or permanent stress, which are subjected to muscles during heavy, intense workouts. In addition, glutamine is the main source of energy (better than even glucose) for leukocytes and intestinal cells. This means that maintaining glutamine levels at a high level supports the functioning of the immune system and digestive system!

Consume once a day, dissolve 5 grams of powder in a glass of water and drink. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diety.Nie should exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
