Description
Gensucare strips are used to measure using a blood glucose monitoring system. GensuCare system works by measuring a small electrical current appearing in the reaction of blood glucose with reagents in the test strip.
Action
The glucose meter calculates the value of this current and converts it into a numerical result indicating the level of glucose in the blood, which is displayed on the screen of the mobile device. The results of tests performed using the GensuCae system are equivalent to those obtained from plasma tests.
Method of use
Only fresh capillary whole blood should be used. Serum and plasma should not be used. Detailed instructions for all procedures, including blood sampling, are provided in the instructions for use included with the Gensucare system.
Contraindications
Test results may be unreliable in conditions of severe shock, hypotension, hyperosmolarity or dehydration.
Warnings
Please read the instructions carefully before use. Keep out of the sight and reach of children test strips present a choking hazard. The container with test strips may contain desiccant agents that are harmful in case of ingestion, also can cause skin and eye irritation.
