Vitamin C, also called ascorbic acid, is an essential organic chemical compound classified as water-soluble vitamins. It is an exogenous substance that the body cannot synthesize on its own, which is why it is necessary to provide the compound to the body from the outside - the ingredient can be found in food in fresh fruits and vegetables, m.in. in peppers, kohlrabi, oranges or blackcurrant, as well as in dietary supplements.

Folic acid - organic chemical compound classified as water-soluble B vitamins. It is a substance that is often also referred to as vitamin B9. Folic acid was first isolated from spinach leaves, but the source of the compound are various dark green vegetables, such as e.g. kale, Brussels sprouts or parsley, as well as dry legume seeds, cereal products or offal.

Vitamin B12, also called cobalamin or red vitamin, is an organic chemical compound, classified as water-soluble B vitamins. Vitamin B12 naturally occurs in products of animal origin. The compound can be found in meat, milk and dairy products, and in fish and seafood. Some vegan products, such as vegetable drinks or breakfast cereals, are also enriched with the substance.
